27forParkinson’s will take place from 1-27 October 2023 and will endeavour to improve your physical and mental wellbeing.

Join Dr Andrew Harkin this year as he guides you through a 27-day physical and mental wellbeing challenge. The aim of Dr Harkin’s daily challenges is to improve your wellbeing from all sides of the spectrum. However, we know the Parkinson’s journey is unique to each person, therefore we recommend you talk to your own health professional before undertaking any challenge.

No matter your ability, 27forParkinson’s has a daily activity for you. However, if you prefer to do your own challenge – you can. You might go for a walk, do some gardening, ride a bike or bake a healthy recipe, the choice can be yours.
