Support me as I stay active for 27 days to support those living with Parkinson's!

I'm taking part in the 27ForParkinson's 'Be Active' Challenge to help raise funds for people living with Parkinson's - a progressive neurological condition that affects people from all walks of life.

For 27 days I will be staying active whether it be walking, running or just moving my body on behalf of the Parkinson's Community.

Will you help me make a difference? Every dollar raised has a lasting impact, so please make a donation to support my challenge.

Connecting with self

Thursday 14th Oct
All the doing of the past weeks have seen me get a bit drawn out and short. Pausing and dropping into the now moment recharges me. Hope that we can remember these quiet and slow positive actions too.

Day Ten

Sunday 10th Oct
With a rough night sleep and a rainy morning I wasn’t holding out much hope for a great tick off for my parki challenge today. And with a small shift  of pace we headed off to have a fabulous afternoon. Walking in nature with the boys, waterfalls and rocks, cuddling the goat kids, burning some bonfire and having a home cooked pot and parmi it really became a day to remember.

Day one done

Friday 1st Oct
It’s been a big start to 27forParkis 2021 multiple kiddy walks with goats and children. Catch up with one of the best and some positive steps to my personal challenge. I hope i keep this pace. Feels good to do good.
